Michael Irvin Executive-Produces New Series "Fetching Fletchers" — Following the Miami Hurricanes Mother Who Drives 17,000+ Miles a Season for Her Son

During Miami's 2025 championship run, Linda Fletcher traveled over 17,000 miles to support her son, Hurricanes running back Mark Fletcher Jr. Her journey became one of the season's most human stories. This fall she's hitting the road again, and this time, the country is coming along.

Playmaker Production Group today announced "Fetching Fletchers," a new weekly series executive-produced by Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Irvin. The show follows Linda to every one of Mark's away games during Miami's 2026 season — in a custom Recreational Vehicle (RV) provided by Fun Town RV for use during the series.

Linda's fear of flying has never stopped her from supporting her son.

In 2025, she drove more than 17,000 miles behind Miami's championship run, including a 1,300-mile trip to College Station, Texas, for the Hurricanes' College Football Playoff game. Her story was featured on ESPN. In 2026, cameras are with her every mile.

"Fetching Fletchers" will premiere in August on YouTube and across social platforms, and will follow the Hurricanes through the 2026 college football season. Beyond Linda's journey to each away game, the series will spotlight local families, organizations, and individuals making a positive impact in the communities she visits along the way. A rotating cast of special guests will join her in the RV — additional details to be announced.
